Over the last 11 months I have had the honor and pleasure to work with Mr. Cedric Patin and his crew with JC Services on a renovation project at 2800  Orleans Avenue. I had initially hired another project manager, however after many failed promises and delayed target dates, he had to be removed from this project. Mr Patin was immediately engaged and committed to this project. He took the charge professionally and seriously, often he contacted me after things had been done to make sure that they met my statisfaction. Anything that was done poorly he quickly contacted the subcontractor  and made them aware of his or my displeasure. His straight forward and bold approach is much needed in this industry, it assures quality and statisfactory work. It was again a pleasure to work with Mr. Patin, and any future projects that I have I will without a doubt be contacting him or referring him to any friends or family in need of his services.
