JC Patin/ CAG LLC are privately held DBE, SLDBE, MBE and Hudson Initiative certified businesses that provide professional services in construction, engineering and design. JC Patin/CAG sets high standards for integrity and quality that are built on a family heritage spanning more than four generations. Beginning in the early 1900s, JC Patin/ CAG LLC got its start in the custom residential and commercial building industry. Throughout the 1980s and up through the years following Katrina, JC Patin/ CAG LLC has been a key player in rebuilding and upgrading the city of New Orleans and the surrounding area’s infrastructure through a vast array of green infrastructure projects, heavy civil projects and commercial and residential developments. JC Patin/ CAG LLC is committed to continuing, no matter the assignment, its integral role in improving New Orleans and the surrounding communities.

Allyson Wilson

Owner

A committed and experienced professional, Ms. Wilson has an extensive background in green infrastructure development, marketing strategy development, customer relations and event planning and outreach. Ms. Wilson offers a key combination of effective leadership, management, and administrative expertise to successfully support complex operations. Ms. Wilson was the one of the lead project coordinators directing operations at the Morial Convention Center when it was necessary to convert the space into a temporary hospital to combat the COVID-19 epidemic. Her experience in program administration and legal services provides JC Patin CAG, sound judgment in the interpretation of the law, and the strategic mindset necessary to keep the company on track.

Cedric Patin

Manager

Mr. Patin with in excess of 45 years experience across the spectrum, possesses extensive knowledge in all the major aspects of management, construction, engineering principles, quality control, safety standards and practices. His expertise includes a strong heavy civil background in the construction of flood protection structures, underground utility and drainage systems and the implementation of environmental protection practices as well as a long history in multi-family and custom residential construction and development.

Elias “Henry” Hage, P.E.

Principal Engineer and Project Manager

Mr. Hage with an over three-decade career in the construction management and professional engineering practice, is a registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana, Texas, Alabama, and South Carolina and holds Master’s degrees in Civil, Structural and Mechanical Engineering. Mr. Hage is proficient in the design, development and execution of projects including coastal restoration and jetty construction, water/wastewater treatment and desalination plants, environmental remediation and protection plans, flood protection structures, underground utilities and drainage systems, roads, bridges, petrochemical, refinery and energy plants, natural gas treatment facilities, oil and gas upstream, midstream and downstream, flue gas desulfurization units, public works, industrial and commercial ventures.

Joseph Piotrowicz

Project Manager

Mr. Piotrowicz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and has in excess 10 years experience in project management, field supervision, scheduling, estimating, quality control and safety practices. With a concentrated background in heavy civil infrastructure and environmental projects, Mr. Piotrowicz has a proven successful track record of implementing safe, effective building practices and upholds the company’s commitment to the improving the community and environment.
